PENINSULA SURGERY CENTER
Opened in 2003, Peninsula Surgery Center is a free-standing ambulatory surgery center located at 12000 Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia. The Center serves the outpatient surgery needs of residents living in the Virginia Peninsula region including James City County, York County and the cities of Newport News, Poquoson, Hampton and Williamsburg.
The 10,000 square foot building has four fully equipped operating rooms and one procedure room, licensed by the State of Virginia and accredited by Medicare, Medicaid and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The single story building features ground level access for convenient patient delivery and pickup.
Although Peninsula Surgery Center is a full-service surgery center, routine pre-operative diagnostic services such as laboratory, general radiology and EKG are not provided.
